Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative Officer, based in Udaipur. The Sales Representative Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, promoting housing finance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting customer needs assessments, assisting with loan applications, maintaining regular communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth lending experience. The officer will also track market trends and contribute to developing strategies to increase the customer base while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with an ability to achieve targets.
- Experience in customer relationship management and client engagement processes.
- Knowledge of housing finance and banking processes is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and customize housing finance solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in using technology and applications relevant to sales and loan processing.
- Prior experience in financial services or housing finance is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
