Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Bawana. The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, and promoting Xen Bath Fittings’ product range to retailers, distributors, and end users. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing within company guidelines. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely order follow-ups and collections. The Sales Representative also collaborates with internal teams to share market feedback, support promotional activities, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to meet or exceed targets.
- Customer relationship management skills, including follow-up discipline and service-oriented communication.
- Basic product understanding of bath fittings, plumbing hardware, or related building materials (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages as required.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and inquiries.
- Ability to work on-site in Bawana and travel locally for client visits as needed.
- Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, consumer durable, or sanitaryware sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, mobile apps) for reporting and tracking activities.
