Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position located in Noida . The role entails identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating sales contracts. The Sales Representative will also develop and maintain strong customer relationships, gather client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The goal is to drive revenue growth while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to conduct Product Demonstrations and Deliver Compelling Presentations
- Strong Negotiation and Contract Finalization skills
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Time Management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Understanding of business software solutions; prior knowledge of industries like accounting, payroll, or retail software is advantageous
- Self-motivated, with a strong result-oriented approach to achieving targets
- Relevant experience in B2B or enterprise sales is preferred
