Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, understanding client requirements, and presenting suitable real estate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, client engagement, and closure of deals
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and competitive insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while meeting sales quotas and deadlines
- Relevant experience in real estate sales, customer service, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in local languages, such as Telugu or Hindi, is an added advantage
