Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Raipur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Representative will engage customers, promote and sell Vachan’s milk and dairy products, maintain relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. They will handle customer inquiries, meet sales targets, provide market feedback, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies for customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing: Proficiency in sales strategies, customer relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, gather and interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the dairy and food product industry, including awareness of consumer needs, will be advantageous.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred. Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
