At ULMA Packaging, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to strengthen our commercial team. You will play a key role in promoting our high-end packaging solutions to the Food and Pharmaceutical industries, helping customers improve their packaging processes through innovative and reliable technologi
es.
Key Responsibili
- ties
Identify and reach out to potential business accounts across Food & Pharma sec - tors.Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipe
- line.Promote and sell high-end packaging solutions including primary and secondary packaging equip
- ment.Conduct technical discussions with production, packaging, and procurement t
- eams.Understand customer requirements and propose suitable techno-commercial solut
- ions.Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for proposal preparation and execu
- tion.Negotiate commercial terms and support deal clo
- sure.Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influen
- cers.Track market trends, competitor activities, and new product developm
- ents.Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical semi
- nars.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to manage
ment.
Required Skills & Compet
- encies
6–8 years of experience in selling packaging machinery or high-value capital equ - ipment.Strong exposure to Food Processing and/or Pharmaceutical indu
- stries.Good understanding of packaging techno
- logies.Strong negotiation and presentation
- skills.Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-level stakeholder discu
- ssions.Techno-commercial mindset with solution-selling capa
- bility.Team player with collaborative at
- titude.Willingness to travel extensively across
India.
Educational Quali
- fication
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) p - referred.MBA/PG-MBA will be added a
dvantage.
