Role Description
The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Virudhunagar. The primary responsibilities include identifying prospective students and engaging with parents to promote The Chennai Tuition’s programs. The role involves scheduling and leading consultations, understanding student needs, presenting appropriate programs, and closing enrollment agreements. Additionally, the representative will maintain relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, utilize CRM tools effectively, and collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, client engagement, and relationship management
- Ability to confidently present solutions and address client needs
- Proficient in the use of CRM tools and sales tracking technology
- Good organizational skills and detail orientation
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and sales targets
- Fluency in local languages and English is a plus
- Experience in the education industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
