Role Description
This is a full-time remote Sales Representative role. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building. Responsibilities include showcasing the value of Tech Horizon’s services and Microsoft solutions to prospects, providing tailored recommendations, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation experience with strong skills in lead generation and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Familiarity or experience with technology solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure services, website and mobile app development, and digital marketing
- Ability to understand and convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency using CRM software and analytics to track sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in the technology industry or selling IT solutions is a plus
