Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Indore. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's range of premium-quality flour products. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales strategies to increase brand awareness, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Market research and data analysis expertise.
- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other digital platforms to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the agro or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
