Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ganjam for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes conducting market research, presenting product features, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies and providing regular updates on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Experience in Market Research, Business Development, and Lead Generation
• Effective Communication and Presentation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in using Sales Software and Microsoft Office Tools
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of the food industry and familiarity with product distribution is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
