Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Mysore. In this role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Rachna Sagar’s educational products to schools, institutions, and distributors. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, meeting with potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing product presentations, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities to effectively engage with clients.
- Experience in account management, relationship building, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the educational publishing sector or prior sales experience in the education domain is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in market research and understanding of market dynamics is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate updates efficiently to the team.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally, as required, to meet clients and build business relationships.
