Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Representative for an on-site, full-time role based in Thane. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, achieving targeted sales goals, and promoting the products under the ‘Mom's Choice’ and ‘Hand Brand’ portfolios. You will also analyze market and sales data, generate leads, present product demonstrations, work collaboratively with the broader sales and marketing team, and maintain accurate records about clients and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales, client acquisition, and building strong customer relationships
- Skills in market research, lead generation, and identifying trends and opportunities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills
- Experience with sales CRM tools and proficiency in data analysis
- Prior experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector is a plus
- Proficiency in regional languages as well as English will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
