Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Business Development team in the Tiles & Sanitaryware segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients such as architects, builders, contractors, and dealers, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients such as architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Generate new business opportunities in the tiles & sanitaryware market.
2. Client Interaction
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable tiles & sanitaryware solutions.
3. Product Presentation
- Present and explain company products including tiles, sanitaryware, and related products to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting products as per their project requirements.
4. Sales Support
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Support the senior sales team in closing deals.
5. Market Research
- Track market trends, competitor products, and pricing in the tiles & sanitaryware industry.
- Identify potential projects and upcoming construction opportunities.
6. Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports and update client interaction details in CRM/Excel.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Skills Required- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in sales and construction/interior products
- Confidence in meeting clients and presenting products
- Ability to build relationships with architects, designers, and builders
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualifications- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Management
- Freshers are welcome to apply
