About Nutrition In Sync
Nutrition In Sync is a women's hormone and gut health nutrition practice founded by Rashi Chowdhary. We help women take control of their health through personalised nutrition programmes focused on hormonal balance, gut healing, weight management, energy, and long-term habit building. Most of our clients are women navigating PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, thyroid imbalances, fertility, gut dysfunction, or burnout.
As a sales-led business, our growth depends on delivering empathetic, high-quality customer conversations that help women make confident decisions about their health. Our sales team is often the first human touchpoint a woman has with us — and the quality of that conversation matters enormously.
About the role
We're looking for a sales professional to manage inbound leads and guide prospective clients through the decision-making journey for our programmes. This is not transactional selling. Most of our prospects are women who've already tried several practitioners, are sceptical, often emotional, and weighing a meaningful financial decision around their health. The conversations involve cycle health, hormone symptoms, fertility, gut issues, and body image — sensitive territory that requires real empathy and discretion.
The ideal candidate is organised, target-driven, consultative, and genuinely comfortable in conversations about women's health. You'll work within structured sales processes, CRM systems, and well-defined follow-up cadences.

Key responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads across Nutrition In Sync programmes
- Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on understanding each woman's health goals, history, and needs
- Build trust quickly in sensitive health conversations — about cycles, hormones, fertility, gut symptoms, and body image
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence across leads and prospects, working within WhatsApp's 24-hour customer service window
- Manage pipeline hygiene and keep HubSpot updated accurately and in real time
- Use sales tools, scripts, and workflows as defined by the organisation, while adapting tone to the individual
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Prioritise high-intent leads while maintaining strong customer experience standards
- Collaborate with marketing and the nutrition team to share customer insights and improve lead quality
- Ensure timely follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and lead progression through the funnel
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and discretion at every stage of the conversation
Required qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in consultative, inside, or customer-facing sales roles
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and conversion targets — please be ready to share specific numbers
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfort managing structured follow-up cadences across multiple conversations simultaneously
- Highly organised with attention to detail in pipeline tracking and note-taking
Strongly preferred
- Experience selling in wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, fertility, or other high-trust consumer categories
- Genuine comfort engaging in conversations about women's hormonal health, gut health, fertility, and related topics
- Direct experience with inbound lead funnels (versus pure outbound)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API workflows (we use AiSensy)
