Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role based in Ranbirsinghpora, with opportunities to work from home on occasion. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to medical institutions, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Key daily tasks include identifying prospective clients, maintaining existing client relationships, meeting sales targets, providing product knowledge, and staying updated with industry trends. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical products, healthcare industry regulations, and market dynamics.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in both remote and on-site settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
