This role is specifically for promoting and growing the Magacoats brand in Mumbai | Goa | Pune | Bangalore.
Job Description: We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales by connecting with architects and interior designers. The role involves taking appointments, meeting clients, pitching and introducing our product range for their projects, and helping the company generate sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships and providing service support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, connect, and build relationships with architects and designers.
• Schedule appointments and conduct in-person product presentations.
• Introduce and pitch Magacoats’ wall textures and micro cement solutions.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Provide timely service and follow-up support to clients.
• Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1.5+ years of field sales experience.
• Experience in building materials/interior products preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable travelling in and around respective region.
