Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, reaching out to, and acquiring new customers. The individual will build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, recommend tailored financial products, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role involves preparing sales reports, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and close deals
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Proficiency in tools used for documenting and analyzing sales data
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, finance, or a related domain is a plus
- Familiarity with the MSME sector and knowledge of lending products is beneficial
