Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Pune City. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, and modern trade partners to expand EGGIZO’s market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying new distribution opportunities, increasing product visibility in key markets, and achieving sales targets. Regular customer engagement, coordinating with the supply chain for consistent product availability, and representing EGGIZO at sales meetings and events will also be essential parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management: Proven skills in client relationship building, retail sales, and distributor partnership management.
- Communication and Persuasion: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Market Research and Analysis: Capability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Organizational and Planning: Proficiency in managing multiple accounts, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets within a structured timeline.
- Other Qualifications: Prior experience in FMCG or retail industry preferred, familiarity with Pune’s market is a plus, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
