Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Ghaziabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will actively identify, engage, and build relationships with new and existing clients, contribute to achieving sales targets, and showcase Dentifrice’s oral healthcare solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, meeting with prospective clients, preparing and delivering sales pitches, and maintaining customer records using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Sales experience in healthcare, retail, or oral health-related industries is an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings
