Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Jhunjhunu. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and gathering customer feedback to improve offerings and strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and engage prospective clients
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for managing client relationships effectively
- Analytical and Market Research skills to assess industry trends and customer needs
- Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the toy or confectionery industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Jhunjhunu with a willingness to travel for sales activities
