Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Bahadurgarh. The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively generating leads, building relationships with prospective customers, conducting sales consultations, and achieving membership sales targets. The role also includes managing follow-ups, assisting with gym tours, and maintaining excellent client communication. Additionally, the Sales Representative will collaborate with the team to implement marketing activities aimed at increasing member engagement and promoting Anytime Fitness services.
Qualifications
- Sales and communication skills to effectively engage with potential members and drive membership growth
- Customer relationship management, including the ability to provide exceptional service and ensure member satisfaction
- Marketing knowledge, particularly in executing campaigns to promote services and attract new customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prospects and activities simultaneously
- Proficiency in sales tools and customer management software is an advantage
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
