Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Rajouri Garden. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving membership sales through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting on-site tours for potential members, developing customized fitness plan offerings, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the gym’s team to ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into memberships and achieve targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential members and team members.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing member experience and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness trends is a plus, but enthusiasm for the health and fitness industry is essential.
- Prior experience in a sales-driven environment or the fitness industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
