Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in New Delhi. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, presenting tailored advertising and marketing solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The role requires an innovative mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in sales, business development, and customer acquisition
- Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and industry best practices
- Ability to analyze data and develop result-oriented sales strategies
- Negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage
