Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions using Accor’s range of services and offerings. Responsibilities include initiating and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires close monitoring of market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic sales efforts, alongside consistent reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools
- Excellent Communication, Proposal Creation, and Presentation skills
- Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven attitude
- Previous experience in the hospitality, travel, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and diverse global environment
