🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and promoting AILERNOVA’s educational solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and social selling
Present and demonstrate AILERNOVA’s products to students, institutions, and corporate clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales (EdTech experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual presentations
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused
