Position: Sales Representative – Distribution & Horeca
Location: Bangalore

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to expand Noura’s presence across distribution, retail, and Horeca channels. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, onboarding distributors and institutional clients, maintaining strong market relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.
The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, food products, spices, staples, or Horeca sales, with strong local market understanding and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution Development
- Identify and appoint distributors, super stockists, and retail partners in assigned territories.
- Expand market reach through channel sales and retail network development.
- Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability across stores.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and strengthen distributor relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
Horeca Business Development
- Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, bakeries, cloud kitchens, and institutional buyers.
- Pitch Noura’s range of flours, masalas, and spices to Horeca clients.
- Coordinate product sampling, trials, and onboarding of institutional accounts.
- Work towards repeat business and long-term supply partnerships.
Sales & Operations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect orders and coordinate with internal teams for smooth dispatch and delivery.
- Track payments and support collections from distributors and clients.
- Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback.
Brand & Market Presence
- Support local promotional activities, trade activations, and retailer engagement initiatives.
- Build awareness for Noura products in the market.
- Represent the brand professionally during client interactions and events.
Candidate Requirements
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, food products, spices, staples, or Horeca sales.
- Experience in distributor handling and institutional sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of Bangalore and Karnataka market dynamics.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within Bangalore as well as outside the city for business development and market visits.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and order management.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred (any stream).
- Candidates with relevant sales experience in food/FMCG industries will be preferred.
