Position: Sales Reps, Wholesale & Mfg (B2B Sales & Distribution)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret sales data, client requirements, and distribution workflows to create realistic B2B sales scenarios
- Develop structured use cases around account management, pipeline development, and territory planning
- Analyze pricing, order cycles, and customer relationships to ensure alignment with real-world sales practices
- Review and validate outputs for accuracy, feasibility, and business relevance
- Simulate client interactions, negotiations, and deal progression workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales insights with project requirements
- Identify gaps in sales strategy, customer engagement, and channel performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, wholesale distribution, and channel sales
- Experience in FMCG distribution, industrial distribution, or consumer goods wholesale
- Knowledge of sales pipelines, account development, and order management cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work with structured sales workflows and targets
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in territory sales and account management
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and sales planning
- Understanding of order cycles and distribution processes
- Strong channel relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
