Role Description The Sales Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sikar. This role involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, explaining financial products and services, and recommending suitable solutions based on client needs. The Sales Relationship Officer nurtures long-term business relationships, provides ongoing customer support, and ensures a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing, and following company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management skills to develop, maintain, and grow client portfolios.
- Solid understanding of Finance to explain products clearly and support informed client decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional, and persuasive interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Proven Sales skills to meet or exceed targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ability to work on-site in Sikar, with strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Basic proficiency in using office software and CRM tools to manage client data and reports.
- Prior experience in financial services or banking sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; finance or business-related education is an advantage.
