Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales / Relationship Officer located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales / Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. They will also focus on generating revenue through cross-selling and upselling financial products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the branch. The role requires a significant amount of client interaction and the ability to work closely with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions, with experience in upselling and cross-selling financial products
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investment products
- Sales and negotiation skills, along with experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Basic familiarity with financial documentation and regulatory requirements
- Goal-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
