Job Responsibilities
- Source new customers for home loans through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (Open Market Sourcing)
- EMI Calculation, and Foyer Knowledge.
- Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of home loan products and processes.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
