Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a B2C Business Development Sales and Client Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include driving business growth through client acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, and building long-term client relationships. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring post-sale client satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing Bellies2Babies in the local community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Strategic Thinking and Planning to identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Sales and Marketing expertise, with a focus on B2C customer engagement
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and attend client-facing engagements
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Previous experience in the lifestyle, photography, or motherhood domains is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
