Sales & Recruitment Coordinator (Remote – India)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 INR/month + incentives
About the Opportunity
We’re growing our team and looking for a Sales & Recruitment Coordinator to support our North American business.
This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll contribute to both:
- Business development (lead generation & CRM)
- Recruitment (candidate sourcing & screening)
If you enjoy working with data, people, and outbound strategy — this role offers strong exposure to international recruiting and sales operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Research companies and HR/Talent leaders across North America
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn
- Support outbound campaigns and follow-ups
CRM & Sales Operations
- Manage and update leads in Salesforce
- Track pipeline activity and outreach performance
Talent Sourcing
- Identify and engage candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
- Build pipelines across finance, accounting, healthcare, and professional services
Candidate Screening
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, or lead generation
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing experience (clients or candidates)
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- HR or recruitment agency background
- Experience supporting North American clients
- Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ATS platforms
Compensation
- ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 INR/month (based on experience)
