Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for senior and leadership positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, develop employer branding strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the compensation for this position is up to 10 L.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- Strong capabilities in Interviewing and Screening candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Expertise in Hiring strategies with a focus on attracting top-tier leadership talent
- Experience in Employer Branding and creating compelling strategies to attract exceptional candidates
- Knowledge of Recruitment best practices and talent acquisition tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
