Sales Recruiter
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Recruiter who can drive end-to-end hiring for sales roles across levels.
This role requires someone who understands high-volume hiring, has strong stakeholder management skills, and can consistently deliver quality talent within timelines.
You will work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fit, communication skills, and sales aptitude.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
- Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain strong pipelines to support ongoing and high-volume hiring needs.
- Track and report hiring metrics such as TAT, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales hiring.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and hiring dynamics.
- Experience in high-volume or target-driven hiring environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong negotiation and candidate handling skills.
