Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Bench Sales team
- Market OPT, H1B, GC, and USC consultants
- Work closely with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Own end-to-end bench sales lifecycle
- Drive team performance and revenue targets
- Strengthen vendor relationships and client engagement
- We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong bench sales expertise and proven leadership capabilities
