Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Quality Assurance professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes within the sales department, ensuring adherence to industry standards and organizational guidelines.

Location: On-site - (Gandhi Nagar/Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities-
💠Audit inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, chat interactions, and demos/presentations.
💠Review CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
💠Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports showing performance trends
💠Refine QA scorecards based on business requirements.
💠Identify patterns of errors or frequent deviations from SOPs.
Requirements-
💠 Previous experience in Sales QA, Call Quality Monitoring, or Sales Operations.
💠 Strong understanding of sales processes (B2B or B2C).
💠 Proficiency with CRM tools and QA audit platforms.
Preferred Skills-
💠 Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or training industry.
💠 Knowledge of sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
💠 Ability to analyze large volumes of calls/data and generate insights.
