Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Quality Analyst for an on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The role involves monitoring and evaluating sales interactions to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with quality guidelines, and providing detailed recommendations to enhance team performance. The role also requires effective communication with sales teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality service levels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and performance metrics
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey insights and recommendations
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and processes
- Experience in sales processes or sales quality analysis is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a relevant field is preferred
