Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Promoter located in Faridkot. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting company products at retail and multi-brand outlets, engaging with potential customers to convey product features and benefits, and addressing queries to enhance customer satisfaction. The role includes implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, ensuring proper product display, and maintaining lasting customer relationships. The Sales Promoter will also provide insights and feedback to improve product performance and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal interaction, to effectively engage with customers
- Experience in Sales and Sales Promotion, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Basic understanding of Operating Systems necessary for point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in the retail or footwear industry is desirable but not required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; higher educational qualifications are an advantage
