🚨 Hiring: Sales Promoter & Track Operator – RACEiN PARC (Wonderla Bangalore)
We run a high-energy RC car racing experience inside Wonderla.
This is NOT a passive job. You will actively approach customers, pitch the experience, and convert them into paying players.
🎯 Your Role:
- Approach visitors and pitch RC racing
- Convert walk-ins into paid races
- Upsell: single race → best of 3 → leaderboard challenge
- Manage race sessions and create a high-energy environment
- Encourage repeat plays and competition
🔥 Requirements:
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to strangers
- High energy – you should be able to engage 50+ people daily
- Sales mindset (not a helper or cashier role)
- Comfortable standing and working long hours
- Interest in cars, gaming, or events is a bonus
💰 Salary:
- Fixed pay (16000) + DAILY incentives on every sale
- Higher earnings for top performers

Qualifications

- A passion for motorsport or RC racing is highly desirable
