Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales Promoter to join our team in Balotra. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting and selling products, engaging with customers to build strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include demonstrating products, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting sales objectives. The role may also involve working collaboratively with the sales team to strategize promotions and achieve set goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.
- Experience and skills in Sales and Sales Promotion to actively engage customers and achieve sales targets.
- Basic understanding of Operating Systems and comfort with technology for managing sales processes and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
