Job Description – Area Sales Manager (B2C – Project Sales)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager – B2C (Project Sales) to manage sales of uPVC Windows & Doors by building strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and individual home buyers. This role focuses on project-based sales, lead generation, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, and retail customers (villa/apartment projects, individual houses).
- Generate and manage leads from direct customers, site visits, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction and real estate projects.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Coordinate with the design/estimation team for preparing BOQs, quotations, and proposals.
- Ensure timely order closure, payment collection, and project handover.
- Track and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and project pipeline.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to management.
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in Project Sales / B2C Sales in industries like uPVC windows & doors, building materials, interiors, real estate, or construction products.
- Proven track record of handling builders, architects, and high-value residential/commercial projects.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong project pipeline management and target achievement skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.
