Role SummaryThe Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end project sales, from lead generation to project closure, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in project sales (B2B / government / enterprise)
- Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions (CCTV, VMS, AI surveillance, etc.)
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals, BOQs, and presentations
- Coordinate with pre-sales, design, and execution teams for project planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, and clients
- Participate in tenders, bidding, and contract negotiations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Required Skills- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of technical solutions (CCTV, networking, security systems)
- Ability to manage large-value projects and multiple stakeholders
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of tendering process / government projects is an advantage
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
- 2–8 years of experience in project sales / solution sales
- Freshers with strong technical + communication skills can be considered (junior role)

- Proposal conversion ratio
