Job Description
Role involves supporting sales programming for specific markets within International Markets Group . this requires interactions with market, Liasoning with Allocation team, sales team, finance team and production plants. Will need to develop reports to summary of program changes every cycle and support with other adhoc reports required for management meetings
Responsibilities
- Manage to develop the monthly Sales, Stock, & Production programs (plans) for key IMG markets including market and regional senior management reviews
- Manage the development of each market’s monthly industry forecasts and quarterly segmentation reviews
- Support Market Direction Review proposal development and Market R&O review process
- Help optimize each market’s Sales Stock, & Production plan taking into account manufacturing capacities and supply constraints
- Identify market sales, stock and mix risks and opportunities considering industry/ market performance trends, and competitor activities / plans, and cascade to finance teams for impact assessment
- Support new product launch programming
- Manage the development of each markets annual Sales, Stock, and Production Budgets
- Support to carry-out ad-hoc analysis as required
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above.
At least 8 years including 5 years in the Automobile Industry
Fluency in English
Automobile Industry Sales / Sales Planning / Sales Operations / Production Planning
Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint , Kinaxis Rapid Response / Any SCM Tool
Strong leadership, communication, & presentation skills
Confident, motivated, and able to work independently
Proven ability to work effectively in highly cross-functional teams
