Job Title: Sales Development Representative | SaaS Sales

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to client engagement, negotiations, and closing deals across the APAC region. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are passionate about SaaS sales, we’d love to have you on our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closure.
● Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients with timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
● Conduct product pitches and demos to communicate the value proposition of the CultureX platform.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and campaign alignment.
● Develop sales proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements tailored to client requirements.
● Identify and research potential clients, partners, and market segments to generate qualified leads.
● Utilize various outreach channels including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and events for lead generation.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, influencer marketing, and MarTech developments to maintain a strategic advantage.
● Provide market insights and recommendations to support sales and business growth strategies.
● Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or tech startups.
● Proven track record in lead generation, consultative selling, and deal closures.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
● Proficiency in CRM tools and modern sales platforms.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
● High level of integrity, ownership, creativity, and customer-centric thinking.
