About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with strong experience in selling residential properties, including apartments, villas, and plotted developments in the Bengaluru market. The ideal candidate should be a proactive “feet-on-street” sales professional who understands customer behavior, market trends, and end-to-end sales conversion within the real estate sector.
The role demands high energy, flexibility, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive closures through site visits, customer engagement, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential real estate projects
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase properties and drive conversions
- Handle end-to-end sales processes from inquiry generation to booking closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, channel partners, and investors
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and site visits to maximize conversions
- Maintain regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing within Bengaluru real estate markets
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, customer onboarding, and post-sales support
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales
- Strong exposure to the Bengaluru real estate market is highly preferred
- Experience in selling homes, apartments, villas, or plotted developments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable with field sales and extensive client interaction
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends based on client requirements and site visits
- Good understanding of customer engagement and sales conversion strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage
