Job profile Requirements :
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vapi, with opportunities to work partially from home. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in Air compressor sales. Key responsibilities include market research, evaluating trends, forming strategic partnerships, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure successful implementation of business objectives.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and nurture opportunities
- Proficiency in market research and trend analysis to support informed decision-making
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to strategize, plan, and execute marketing and sales initiatives
- Proven organizational and project management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in industrial solutions or a related industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a hybrid environment
Qualifications required :

- Experience: 3 to 4 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech /B. E Mechanical
- Preference : Experience in Air compressor sales will be added advantage
