Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing wholesale partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing sales pitches, managing product inquiries, developing tailored solutions for client needs, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Experience in customer relationship management and understanding client needs
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Knowledge of the pet industry and previous experience in pet-related sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
