Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting client presentations, negotiating deals, managing sales pipelines, and staying updated on ViH Metaverse products to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution implementations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client retention strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of AI-driven technologies, digital communication tools, and analytics platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales or working within industries such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage
