Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Prayagraj. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with an ability to close deals effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
- Proficiency in market research and understanding real estate trends
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to meet diverse client needs
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
