Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with clients, identifying prospective business opportunities, and promoting the organization's portfolio of products and services. The role entails managing the sales process from lead generation to closure, maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis to identify new opportunities
- Knowledge of OEM, O&M services, and Solar Solutions is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools and sales management software is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
